These lovely birds are available for your enjoyment and to nourish your body. They have been reared with the utmost care and all of my experience which has led to a mortality rate which is as much as 6 times less than the industry norm. I like to think their meat has 6 times the vitality of a normal chicken and embodies all the pleasure of their life.
Fresh birds are now available but must be ordered in advance as everything else will be blast frozen.
Some half birds are available.
Liver (£4/kg), feet (£2/kg) and gizards (£1.5/kg) will also be available, if the abattoir remembered to collect them- fingers crossed.
Unfortunately the price of our chicken is now £8.40/ kg due to increases in the cost of almost everything and the new brexit paperwork.
