Hello friends, we will hopefully be bringing our meat to somewhere near you. On the afternoon of 10th, 11th or 12th of December, we will be working our way from Warrenpoint, up through Newry Fiveways and Banbridge to Sprucefield. Downpatrick is another possible stop- thankfully there are two of us.
Our biggest chickens are 2.6kg, so perfect for family gatherings.
Another treat is our beef fore rib on the bone- its like a lamb chop but big. The double rib is around 2.5kg, the singles are half that.
Easy cooking, my favourite!, comes from those slow cooking cuts containing fat and bone mixed with plenty of spuds and carrots. In this department we have short rib, shin and breast on bone: they are not all well known cuts but they produce a very tasty stew.
All our normal meats are in stock.
The exact date we travel is chosen by the first person to order. And if none of these dates suit, let us know as we are going to come down from our hill to see Santa, buy crackers etc and may be able to meat you..
