We have livers available from our free range pastured chickens and our cattle. We also have beef heart and kidney. All these animals were free from antibiotics, pesticides, wormers and herbicides so the livers are the best quality.
The offal is mostly in portions between 250g and 350g.
The diversity of plants in this field has increased hugely through managing the grazing of the cattle. Ive sown not a single seed yet plantains, trefoil, coltsfoot, clovers and yarrow are now abundant: the regeneration of this ecosystem was done by the cattle and nature.
Our animals are certified organic by the IOA until they reach the abattoir.
